We stayed in the Majestic Bear Suite and it was spacious enough for our family of four. While the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean, the bed covering is very thin. The outlets nearby were very nice, but the food options were limited. My kids were so tired that they asked to leave early. We listened to the door of the microwave slamming and the beeping all night and all morning, along with the screaming children in the hallways at 7am. Pack your earplugs and white noise machines! We had a room across from the microwave and it was a nightmare. There was so much yelling and loud cell-phone talking happening in the hallways until well after 1am. We felt like we had been at the waterpark for hours, but when we got back to our room it had only been an hour! We drove to Friendly’s for dinner as I was not about to spend $100 for gross food. There is a ledge for parents which was awesome, except for when the guest standing on the ledge yelling for her kids was towering over me. The small child swimming area is small and to get to the slides your child has to walk around guests seated along the pool. We were overwhelmed by the amount of people and underwhelmed by the attractions. We watched a parent allow her toddler pee on the walkway. The lazy river was more like bumper cars with floaties. There were no available chairs to place our things. As we were eating, we got the text that our room was ready so we brought our stuff in and got ready for the water park. The menu is extremely limited and I wasn’t impressed with it at all for $75. It was extremely slow service for not being overly busy. ![]() ![]() Our room wasn’t quite ready, and because of the heavy crowding, we panicked and sat down to eat at Fireside. We did have to wait in line to check in, but the employee was so nice and explained as much as she could. Walking into the lobby was panic inducing, as there were wall to wall people. When we first arrived at the lodge, we realized immediately that parking was going to be very competitive.
